JML Concrete Coatings was founded with a clear purpose: to raise the standard in an industry where businesses & homeowners are often overwhelmed by options and unclear information. After more than 10 years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of concrete coating systems, owner Juan Lombera saw firsthand how often customers were left confused, over promised to, or sold solutions that didn’t truly fit their space.
Starting JML allowed Juan to take a different approach, one built on transparency, education, and doing the job the right way. He believes customers deserve to understand their options, the process, and what truly delivers long-term performance. Every project is personally led with proven techniques, proper surface preparation, and materials selected for durability, not shortcuts.
